Letter of the Rebellion

The people of Carista have diligently been searching for the Relic in Terra, but thus far to no avail. The temple was found and filled with nothing but traps and old artifacts from a time far past; nothing to hint at the Relic ever being there. Yet, in the Temple there was a room with an old crumbling temple, the ceiling caved in over half. Searching through the rubble, they found nothing, though some speculated that the Relic had been moved.

Now, just a short time later, a letter has been found at one of the regularly used deaddrops of the Ignis Rebellion, and this one comes straight from the mysterious figurehead of the Ignis Rebellion:

My fellow rebels,

This search for the Relic in Terra will come to nothing! The Relic was brought back from that temple as a spoil of the war years ago, and now we know its power. With it, we will rule Ignis!

The time to overthrow the Queen is now!

Has the Relic really been in the hands of the Rebellion all this time? If so, surely it is only time before the Queen and her Court act publicly with a great hand of power against the people who have been causing her so much grief. Which side will you be on?

This is an optional mini-plot.. Any thread started now and after may have this plot influence their thread. Threads currently active may also choose to incorporate this in their plot. For new threads, a good technique to keep the timeline in place might be to put something like the following at the opening of the thread. "This thread occurs X time after (previous thread including character) and X time after the Letter of the Rebellion reached the hands of the public." You may follow the previous plots as well, using a similar qualifier.
