The Rebellion has the figure head of "W" the unknown man behind the curtain, but it is the make-shift council that runs things most of the time.

The Head of Servants
This wo/man is aware of all the goings on at court -- where the Queen is, who the Queen is talking to, just who is a Royalist and who is a member of the Rebellion, and everything in between. Chances are that they know just what you had for breakfast three weeks ago. In addition, this person runs everything in the Castle of Ignis, everything. The Queen may think she is in charge, but nothing happens without the Head of the Servants giving the go ahead. This person is clever and knows when to keep their mouth shut and let the Queen think they are on her side. None would suspect that this person is a member of the Rebellion.

45+, Any Element/Classification
Taken by Wicked, now the character Abbey Moore.

The Duke/Duchess of Markin
Cousin of the Queen, the Duke/Duchess of Markin is 9th in line to the throne, and knows there is little to no chance at getting what he/she wants. Originally, there were plans to take the throne bit by bit, and it was in those times that the Head of Servants discovered the plans of this person and brought them into the Rebellion. While they may have started as an unwilling participant, they are now very active and involved with the Rebellion and want to bring the Queen down, though for their own reasons. Very popular in court, the Duke/Duchess is talkative and know the people that need to be known.

The Colonel
The Colonel has seen the terrors of war and has seen just what the Queen wishes to be done and the pitiful reasons why. Though the Colonel follows orders to a tee, he has been against the war from the get go and is doing his best to stop the fighting around the Kingdom. He is rarely at court, but when he is, he does his best to avoid the Queen at all costs as he is a hot-headed man. When he is traveling around, calming the Kingdom, he quietly spreads the word of the Rebellion to willing ears and is the main man that Whispers and Messengers report to.

I'm applying for the head of servants, since no one else has.
